Customer Service Agent

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia

Job Description

  1. 1)  Provide Administrative Support

    • -  Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries via email, phone and mail

    • -  Greet, assist and book appointments for clients

    • -  Scan and File documents

    • -  Perform data entry

    • -  Prepare operation manuals in accordance with tasks

    • -  Assist with events

  2. 2)  Provide Marketing Support

    • -  Create flyers and marketing material

    • -  Promote events via social media

    • -  Prepare PowerPoint presentations

    • -  Produce videos to promote the company

    • -  Organize webinars

    • -  Create and maintain company’s website

    • -  Promote company’s products and services via social media

    • -  Make cold calls to prospective clients

    • -  Plan and monitor marketing campaigns

    • -  Prepare reports and presentations

      3) Minor Tax and Accounting Duties (training can be provided)

    • -  Assist with minor bookkeeping, tax and payroll duties

    • -  Prepare proof of income reports for clients

    • -  Prepare complete and accurate tax returns

    • -  Prepare invoices and process payments

    • -  Prepare reports and financial packages

    • -  Ensure the confidentiality of each client

    • -  Attend to the needs of clients to inspire them to refer our services

    • -  Grow the business by promoting company’s services

    • -  Perform other duties if necessary

      Required Skills & Experience

    • Proficient in social media such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Blog, Snapchat

    • Experience in managing events, webinars and website

    • Experience completing individual tax returns

    • Experience in office administration, sales and marketing

    • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, tax software such as Sage and Profile

    • Must speak fluent English

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

    • Strong work ethics

    • Commit to excellence

    • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, meet deadline and work independently

    • Flexible, professional, dedicated, punctual and detailed-oriented

    • Priority to experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax but not necessary
