Position: Digital Marketing Coordinator

Type: Full time

Position Summary:

This Digital Marketing Coordinator position will be instrumental in assisting the Marketing team in the execution of the annual marketing plan, building email campaigns, integrating SEO and SEM, and developing and maintaining company website and content.

Specific Duties:


Advertising Channels and Website:

• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative & production to coordinate all assets for digital ad
campaigns, including LinkedIn Ads & Google Ads
• Support agency partners to upload creative, test ads and optimize performance based on results
• Support agency partners in integrating SEO and SEM and the development of our website

Email Marketing:
• Responsible for coordinating the execution of new and existing email and CRM marketing
campaigns including A/B or Multivariate testing
• Grow our customer base and sales volume from paid search and social channels, including
Google Adwords, LinkedIn Ads, other advertising platforms and Instagram
• Manage campaign budgets & adjust bids to optimize campaign ROI
• Assist the Content Creator in delivering content across social media related to all of our core
market segments, and gather market and competitive intelligence from electronic channels



• 1+ year of experience in a marketing team or agency with a heavy focus in digital marketing or
equivalent experience, or a bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, digital marketing,
• Strong written and communication skills are key
• Experience using Google Analytics
• Experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Advertising
•Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience with email marketing & segmentation
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices, digital performance metrics and Canadian Anti-
Spam Legislation
• Ability to display initiative and exercise good judgment
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills


The following would be considered assets to your application:

• Experience in a high-technology product environment
• Managing data quality in a CRM system (e.g. SalesForce) including inputting, evaluating and
exporting data
• Previous experience organizing events
• Previous experience in using social media for marketing (Hootsuite, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Skills or experience in maintaining web sites on the WordPress platform
• Knowledge in HTML
• Proficiency in German, Italian, Korean, Japanese, or Simplified Chinese is a strong asset
• Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
